摘要
介绍了叔胺型、季胺型、酰胺型、咪唑啉型4种片状柔软剂。从化料、手感、白度、纱线强力、与有机硅柔软剂复配稳定性、起泡力和亲水性等方面对比了弱阳离子软片CS与市售同类软片在棉织物上各项应用性能。结果表明,与市售同类软片比,弱阳离子软片CS具有手感好,低黄变,纱线强力损伤小,亲水性好的特点,同时,与有机硅柔软剂复配更加稳定,且低泡。
Introduced the structure classification of softener flakes.Compared the performances of softener flake CS with other weak cationic softener flakes, such as solubility, hand feeling, whiteness, strength of yarn, stability with silicone softener, foamability and hydrophilic property,on cotton fabrics. The results show that as printing and dyeing auxiliary, the softener flake CS can supply good hand feeling, low yellowing, low damage to strength of yarn, good hydrophilic property, low foamability and good stability with silicone softener.
