摘要
国有企业的有序运营离不开物资管理这项工作。科学的物资管理有利于企业各项人力与财力资源的充分利用,从而起到降低企业生产管理成本,提高资金流通与周转速度的作用,使得企业在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟并走上可持续发展的道路。不过,由于各种因素的综合作用,国有企业物资管理工作中仍然存在很多问题急需改正与完善。为此,论文重点探讨了当前国有企业物资管理工作中的几大难点,在此基础上提出了相应的改善对策,希望能够为业界人士提供一定的参考。
The orderly operation of state-owned enterprises is inseparable from the work of material management. Scientific material management is conducive to the full utilization of various human and financial resources of enterprises, which can reduce the production and management costs of enterprises, increase the circulation and turnover of capital, and enable enterprisesto have a stable position in the fierce market competition and to embark on the path of sustainable development. However, due to the combined effects of various factors, there are still many problems in the management of state-owned enterprises＇ materials that need urgent correction and improvement. For this reason, the paper focuses on the major difficulties in the current state-owned enterprises＇ material management work. Based on this, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement and hopes to provide a certain reference for the industry.
