摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水为流动相,以Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254 nm波长下对400 g/L二噻农·肟菌酯悬浮剂中的二噻农和肟菌酯进行定量分析。结果表明:二噻农和肟菌酯的线性相关系数均为1.0000,变异系数分别为0.35%和0.43%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.8%。
A new HPLC method was established for determination of dithianon and trifloxystrobin in dithianon+trifloxystrobin 400 g/L SC. The analysis was performed on Inertsil ODS-3 column, using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, with DAD detection wavelength at 254 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dithianon and trifloxystrobin were both 1.0000, the coefficients of variation were 0.35% and 0.43%, and the average recoveries were 99.5% and 99.8%, respectively.
