摘要
在坐封和压裂施工过程中,需要对水平井压裂管柱进行有限元分析,以此来确保水平井多级压裂管柱的作业安全性。以水平井压裂管柱为研究对象,提出了3个研究假设,应用CFD有限元软件建立了弯曲管柱和水平管柱的三维非线性有限元模型,根据实际的坐封和压裂施工参数,分析了管柱作业强度,并与理论计算结果进行对比分析,相互验证了结果的可靠性。
In the process of sealing and fracturing,it is necessary to carry out finite element analysis of horizontal column fracturing column to ensure the safety of multi-stage fracturing column.In this paper,three kinds of three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model of curved string and horizontal column are established by CFD finite element software.According to the actual sealing and fracturing construction parameters,the strength of the column is analyzed and compared with the theoretical calculation results,and the reliability of the results is verified.
