摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁患者的负性心理及生活质量的影响。方法选择60例TVT治疗的女性压力性尿失禁患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,两组均行TVT治疗,对照组同时行常规对症护理,观察组采取综合性护理,评估两组患者干预前后的负性心理评分及生活质量评分的变化情况,并对两组患者的护理满意度进行分析。结果观察组干预后的SAS评分为(33.63±11.52)分、SDS评分为(32.76±8.13)分,分别与干预前及对照组干预后比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的逃避和限制性行为评分为(66.82±11.74)分、心理社会影响评分为(63.39±12.08)分,自我困扰评分为(60.19±13.95)分,分别与干预前及对照组干预后比较明显提高。观察组非常满意率达70%、总护理满意率达96.7%,明显高于对照组。结论对TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁患者采取综合护理干预,有利于减轻患者的负性心理,提高患者的生活质量及提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative psychology and quality of life in the patients with female stress urinary incontinence treated by TVT.Methods 60 female patients with stress urinary incontinence treated by TVT were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given TVT.The control group was given routine symptomatic care at the same time,and the observation group was given comprehensive care,evaluation of the changes in negative psychological scores and quality of life scores before and after intervention in the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the SAS score was(33.63±11.52)and the SDS score was(32.76±8.13)in the observation group respectively,which were significantly lower than those before intervention and in the control group after intervention,and the differences were significant between two groups(P〈0.05).The score of avoidance and restrictive behaviors in the observation group after intervention was(66.82±11.74)points,psychological and social impact score was(63.39±12.08)points,and self-distress score was(60.19±13.95)points,which were significantly higher than those before intervention and in the control group after intervention,and the differences were significant between groups(P〈0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 70%,and the total nursing satisfaction rate was 96.7%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were significant between groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion For female patients with stress urinary incontinence treated by TVT,comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce patient's negative psychology,improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
