摘要
综述了低温脱硝技术的研究现状,从活性组分和载体两个方面进行论述,活性组分分为贵金属和过渡金属氧化物,载体分为分子筛,活性炭,TiO_2,陶瓷等,研究表明负载型锰基催化剂低温活性良好,未来发展趋势主要解决低温脱硝催化剂抗硫抗水性差的问题,进一步研究SO_2毒化机理,加强催化剂稳定性,延长使用寿命使催化剂得以工业应用。
Research status of denitration technology at low temperature are summarized in this paper,from the two aspects of active component and carrier,the active component is divided into noble metal and transition metal oxides,the carrier is divided into molecular sieve,activated carbon,TiO_2,ceramics etc.,research shows that supported manganese based catalyst activity at low temperature is good,the future development trend to solve the problem of low temperature denitration catalyst sulfur resistance and poor water resistance,further study of SO_2 poisoning mechanism,strengthen the stability of the catalyst,prolong the service life of the catalyst to industrial application.
