摘要
通过试验研究了焊速和电压对超细颗粒焊剂约束电弧超窄间隙焊接焊缝成形的影响,并通过试验得出了电压与电流的匹配关系。结果表明,焊接速度合理时,能获得成形良好的超窄间隙焊缝。通过电弧电压与焊接电流的合理匹配可优化电弧、熔渣壁及间隙侧壁三者间的关系,利于获得成形良好的超窄间隙焊缝。电流为200~325 A时,获得良好成形的电压范围约为22~31 V。
The effect of welding speed and voltage on the weld formation by ultra-narrow gap welding with ultra-fine granular flux constricting arc was studied by experiments. The matching relationship between the voltage and current was obtained by the test. The results show that when the welding speed is reasonable, the ultra-narrow weld with good shape can be obtained. The arc, slag wall and gap sidewall can be optimized by reasonable matching of arc voltage and welding current,which is beneficial to obtaining well-formed ultra-narrow gap weld. When the current is 200-325 A, the voltage range in which well-formed weld can be obtained is about 22-31 V.
