Application Study of SUS439M in the Anticorrosion of Automobile Exhaust System

摘要 通过晶间腐蚀试验、电化学试验、循环腐蚀试验,对SUS439M材料的腐蚀特性进行研究。采用静态中性盐雾试验、搭载实车路试试验,对SUS439M材料进行防腐性能研究和评价,并对路试试验后的点蚀坑深度进行测量和分析。结果表明,SUS439M能够满足长安某低端车型的防腐设计要求。 The corrosion characteristics of SUS439 M were studied by intergranular corrosion test,electrochemical test and cyclic corrosion test. The static neutral salt spray test and the real vehicle road test were carried out to study and evaluate the corrosion resistance of the SUS439 M,and the corrosion pit depth after the road test was measured and analyzed. The results showed that SUS439 M could meet the anti-corrosion design requirements of low-end models of Chang'an.
