脑心通联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死炎症反应及血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Naoxintong combined with edaravone on inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探究脑心通联合依达拉奉治疗对急性脑梗死患者炎症反应及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2015年6月—2016年12月收治的急性脑梗死患者120例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,在此基础上观察组予以脑心通治疗,比较两组血管内皮功能、炎症因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗总有效率、NO水平、日常生活能力量表评分(ADL)均高于对照组,ET-1、hs-CRP、IL-8及神经功能缺损程度表评分(NIHSS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑心通联合依达拉奉能提高急性脑梗死临床疗效,减轻炎症反应,改善生活质量和血管内皮功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of Naoxintong combined with edaravone on inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 120 ACI patients collected from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table(60 cases in each group).The control group was given edaravone,while the observation group was treated with Naoxintong based on the control group.The vascular endothelial function,levels of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Measurement data were compared by t test and enumeration data were compared by χ^2 test.P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,NO,ADL in observation group were higher than those in control group,while levels of ET-1,hs-CRP,IL-8 and NIHSS were lower than the control group(all P0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically different(P〉0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong combined with edaravone for ACI patients can increase clinical effects,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve living quality and vascular endothelial function.
