摘要
目的:观察尿石通丸配合推按运经仪对输尿管结石碎石后的排石作用。方法:将182例患者随机分为治疗组92例及对照组90例,对照组进行体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)及口服甲萘氢醌片、左氧氟沙星胶囊,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用尿石通丸和推按运经仪治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组94.57%,对照组84.44%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组结石排出时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结石排出率治疗组93.48%,对照组76.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组各主要症状改善率分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿石通丸配合推按运经仪对输尿管结石碎石后的患者有明显的促排石作用,能缩短疗程,提高疗效。
Objective：To observe the function of the therapy of Niaoshitong pills combined with meridian-pressing instrument for removing urinary calculus after the gravel of ureteral calculi.Methods：Divided 182 cases of patients into the treatment group being 92 cases and the control groups being 90 cases.The treatment group received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）,and oral administration of mennan hydroquinone tablets and levofloxacin capsules,while the control group additionally received Niaoshitong pills combined with meridian-pressing instrument for treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 94.57% in the treatment group and was 84.44% in the control group,difference being significant（P 0.05）.Comparing the stone discharge time in two groups,difference was significant（P 0.05）.Stone discharge rate was 93.48% in the treatment group and was 76.67% in the control group,difference being significant（P 0.05）.Respectively compared the improvement rates of main symptoms in the treatment group with those in the control group,differences were significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Niaoshitong pills combined with meridian-pressing instrument for patients with ureteral calculi after the gravel has a significant role in promoting the function of removing urinary calculus,can shorten the course of treatment,and improves the clinical effect.
