摘要
通过综述几种常见的石墨烯制备方法,对微机械剥离法、外延生长法、化学气相合成法和氧化还原法的优缺点进行了对比。在比较制备方法的基础上分析了石墨烯粉体材料和薄膜材料的应用领域,并概括了当前中国石墨烯的产业现状,总结了产业发展的瓶颈。
Several common methods for preparation of graphene are reviewed including micromechanical cleavage,epitaxial growth on an insulator,chemical vapor deposition and oxidation reduction method. And their advantages and shortcomings are further discussed in detail. The application fields of graphene powder materials and film materials are analyzed. The current status of China's graphene industry is summarized, so as the bottleneck of industry development.
