粗糙度和预紧力对周向拉杆转子轴承系统临界转速的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Roughness and Tighten Force on Critical Speeds of the Rod Fastening Composite Special Rotor-bearing System

摘要 基于分形接触理论,建立了拉杆转子轮盘结合面弹性接触弯曲耦合模型和扭转耦合模型。采用集总参数法,建立了拉杆转子—滑动轴承系统的动力学模型。用数值仿真方法,研究了系统临界转速随拉杆预紧力、轮盘接触面粗糙度、转子温度的变化规律;用试验方法,研究了系统第一阶临界转速随拉杆预紧力的变化规律,验证了理论模型的准确性。研究发现:临界转速随拉杆预紧力的增加而上升,随粗糙度的减小而上升;粗糙度越大,临界转速对粗糙度的变化越敏感;在相同粗糙度和拉杆预紧力作用下,转子温度升高,系统的临界转速将下降。 Based on fractal contacting theory,in the case of consideration of elastic contacting characteristics between two plates of the rod fastening composite special rotor,bending coupling model and twist coupling model were established. Furthermore, the dynamic model of the rod fastening composite special rotor-bearing system was established by Lumped Parameter Method. By numerical simulation,the tendency of the critical speeds varying with tighten force,roughness and temperature of the rotor were researched. By testing measurement,the tendency of the first critical speed varying with tighten force of the rod were researched. The testing results were used to verify the dynamical model. It was found that the critical speeds increased when tighten force of the rod increased and roughness of the contacting plane decreased; when roughness was more,the critical speeds varied with roughness obviously; In case of roughness and tighten force were kept given value,when temperature of the rotor got high,the critical speeds of the system would decrease.
