摘要
为研究不耦合装药系数对紫金山金铜矿露天矿预裂爆破效果的影响,利用3D-SOLID164作为模型三维实体单元,采用数值模拟软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对矿山的预裂爆破进行模拟计算,得到炸药爆炸过程中产生的最大拉应力。数值模拟结果表明:不耦合装药系数为3.56时,应力响应值较理想,既能顺利破坏岩体又没有使岩体过度损害,为矿山预裂爆破不耦合装药系数的选取提供了参考依据。
In order to study the influence of uncoupled charge coefficients on presplitting blasting effect in Zijinshan gold and cop- per mine, the numerical simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the presplitting blasting parameters of the mine, by taking 3D-SOLID164 as the three-dimensional model solid element. Thereby, the maximum tensile stress in the explosive process was obtained. The numerical simulation results showed that when the uncoupled charge coefficient was 3.56, the stress response value was ideal and the rock mass could be well cracked without excessive damage. The study provided a reference for the selection of the uncoupled charge coefficient in mine presplitting blasting.
