摘要
循证护理是使护理工作更加科学化和专业化的重要保障,而现阶段我国对本科护理学专业学生循证能力的培养相对滞后。本文从循证护理教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、考核方式和教学效果等方面对国内外相关文献进行梳理,分析护理学专业学生实施循证护理教学面临的挑战,结合国情对其循证护理教学实践提出建议,期望对我国护理学专业循证护理教学提供参考。
Evidence-based nursing is an essential method to make nursing activities more scientific and professional. However, the cultivating of evidence-based nursing ability in undergraduate nursing students is relatively backward. Thus, teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching organization, teaching evaluation and effectiveness of evidence-based nursing were discussed in this article. Based on these results, challenges of evidence-based nursing in undergraduate student in China were analyzed and suggestions were also proposed, hoping to provide some references for the development of evidence-based nursing in undergraduate students in China.
