二甲双胍联合维格列汀对老年2型糖尿病患者疗效评价被引量：1

摘要将265例年龄≥65岁单药二甲双胍血糖控制不佳的T_2DM患者随机分为二甲双胍+维格列汀组、二甲双胍+格列苯脲组。24周后,观察HbA_(1c)、FBG、AST、Cr、BMI等。结果两组HbA_(1c)、AST、Cr、FBG、BMI均有所下降(P﹤0.05),维格列汀组较格列苯脲组显著降低。结论对于老年T_2DM,联合维格列汀控制血糖优于联合格列苯脲,且不增加低血糖风险。
