增强MR血管成像检查在35例糖尿病下肢动脉狭窄中的应用

摘要 回顾分析35例糖尿病下肢动脉狭窄患者。结果:35例患者40条血管共360段血管图像均成像均匀、静脉无明显重叠、血管轮廓清晰。增强MR成像检查结果与数字减影血管造影检查结果比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。以数字减影血管造影为金标准,增强MR成像结果中有5段血管被高估,有6段血管被低估,其诊断准确率为96.94%,敏感性为97.65%,特异性为96.55%。两组检查结果一致性检验K=0.9643,具有高度一致性。结论:以数字减影血管造影检查为金标准,增强MR成像诊断糖尿病下肢血管狭窄的准确率为96.94%,敏感性为97.65%,特异性为96.55%,与数字减影血管造影检查结果具有高度的一致性。
