摘要
针对目前在突发地质灾害应急预案编制中存在缺乏统一规范要求、重点把握不准的普遍问题,使得应急预案在实际应用中往往出现可操作性不强的现状,通过分析有关行业突发事件应急预案,结合近年来编制的各级突发地质灾害应急预案经验,在综合整理分析基础上,提出突发地质灾害应急预案编制的重点及要求。
It is not still a unified standard to prepare the emergency plan of geological hazard now,and also its focus is very difficult to correctly understand and use,and in view of the general problems the emergency plans of geological hazard are often not operated well in practice.Based on the analysis of the emergency plan of related industries,and the experiences of preparing plan on geological hazards for several of governments in recent years,the article puts forward to the key points and requirements of the preparation of contingency plan.
