摘要
目的检测糖尿病急性冠心病综合征患者的血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和血清铁蛋白(SF)水平,探讨其与冠脉病变程度的相关因素的关系,为病情的评价提供帮助。方法随机选取本院糖尿病急性冠心病综合征患者(200例)、非糖尿病急性冠心病综合征患者(187例)和同期体检健康者(250例)作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测Lp-PLA2水平,采用Roche E601型化学发光仪及原装试剂检测SF水平。行冠脉造影检查冠状动脉病变程度及病变支数。结果 ACS组Lp-PLA2和SF水平均高于对照组;糖尿病患者的SF水平高于非糖尿病患者;血浆Lp-PLA2和SF水平3支病变者高于1支病变和2支病变者,2支病变者高于1支病变者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆Lp-PLA2和SF水平与Gensini评分呈正相关(r值分别为0.745、0.667,P<0.05)。结论 Lp-PLA2、血清铁蛋白水平与糖尿病患者急性冠脉综合征的冠脉病变程度具有相关性。
Objective To test the levels of plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2（Lp-PLA2）and serum ferritin（SF）in patients with acute coronary heart disease（CHD）,explore the relationship with the correlation factors of coronary artery disease,so as to help the evaluation of CHD degrees.Methods A total of 200 diabetic patients with acute coronary heart disease,187 patients with non-diabetic acute coronary heart disease syndrome and 250 healthy subjects were randomly selected as the subjects;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was used to test the Lp-PLA2 level,and the SF level was measured by Roche E601 chemiluminescence meter and original reagent.Coronary angiography was used to examine the degree of coronary artery disease and the number of lesions.Results The levels of Lp-PLA2 and SF in ACS group were higher than those in the control group.The SF level in patients with diabetes mellitus was higher than that in non-diabetic patients.The plasma levels of Lp-PLA2 and SF with 3 lesions were higher than that with 1 lesion and 2 lesions,with the differences statistically significant（P 0.05）.Plasma Lp-PLA2 and SF levels were positively correlated with Gensini score（r = 0.745,0.667,P 0.05）.Conclusion Lp-PLA2 and serum ferritin levels were associated with coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndromes.
