摘要
教学督导是高校内部教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,对教学和教学管理起到重要的监督和指导作用。文章以发展的视角对本科教学督导的概念、现状和存在问题进行再认识,阐述本科教学督导面临的根本转变,探索以教师教学发展为目标的本科教学督导工作新路径,以期使教学督导工作迈上一个新台阶。
Teaching supervision is an important part of the internal teaching quality guarantee system in Colleges and universities, and plays an important role in the supervision and guidance of teaching and teaching management. In the perspective of the development of the concept, the undergraduate teaching supervision status and the problems of recognition, explained the basic transformation in undergraduate teaching supervision, explore a new path of supervision of undergraduate teaching to teachers＇ teaching development as the goal, in order to make the teaching supervision work to a new level.
