摘要
铁皮石斛为滋阴效果极佳的名贵中药材,具有广阔的发展应用前景。铁皮石斛多糖(DOP)是其主要成分,也是研究热点。作者查阅近10年国内外文献报道,对DOP的药理作用及机理相关文献进行归纳,DOP具有抗氧化、降血糖及防治糖尿病并发症、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等多种药理作用,其作用机理可能与NF-κB、PI3K/Akt、MAPK等信号通路有关,为铁皮石斛进一步研究与开发提供参考。
As an excellent nourishing yin results of precious Chinese medicine,Dendrobium officinale has broad application prospects.Dendrobii officinalis polysaccharides（DOP）,which is the main component of Dendrobii officinalis,draws attention of large numbers of researchers.The authors summarized the literature on DOP home and abroad in recent decade,and systemically reviewed the research advances in its pharmacological effects and mechanism.Results showed that DOP had many pharmacological effects,such as antioxidation,hypoglycemic,prevention and treatment of diabetic complications,anti-tumor,enhancing immunity,and so on.The pharmacological effects may be based on the regulation of NF-κB,PI3K/Akt,MAPK pathway.This paper intended to provide reference for further research,reasonable exploitation and utilization of Dendrobii officinalis.
