摘要
目的探讨右美托嘧啶全麻对肝癌切除术肝炎肝硬化患者围术期应激反应的影响。方法选取2015年12月-2016年12月期间收治的肝癌患者26例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各13例,观察组麻醉诱导前静脉泵注0.5ug/kg的右美托嘧啶,对照组在诱导前泵注等量生理盐水,观察两组患者不同时间点应激素水平。结果两组患者术毕即刻、术后24h、术后48h的应激素水平均较术前半小时高,但观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可降低肝癌切除术肝炎肝硬化患者围术期应激反应,临床应用前景广阔,因本次研究样本量较小,故需大量样本进一步证实。
Objective To investigate the influence of dexmedetomidine general anesthesia on stress responses during operation in liver cirrhosis patients with hepatectomy.Methods 26 cases with liver cancer in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,13 cases in each group.Observation group was given intravenous pumping with 0.5 ug/kg dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction.Control group was given equivalent normal saline before induction.Compare the stress hormones level at different time points of the two groups.Results Stress hormones level at the end of operation,24 h after operation,48 h after operation of the two groups were all higher than half hour before surgery.But observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistic significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It can reduce stress hormones level during operation of liver cirrhosis patients with hepatectomy and clinical applications are promising.Because of small research samples,therefore a lot of samples are needed for further demonstration.
