摘要
用主成分分析法,从经济发展、人民生活、物价水平等3方面选取衡量城乡协调发展的7个指标体系,运用因子分析法,分别对河南省2007年、2010年、2013年及2015年的城乡协调发展水平进行综合量化评估,分析了这4个年份不同地市的主要影响因子及其随时间的变化,发现河南省城乡一体化协调发展状况在不断改善,城乡之间的差距在逐步缩小。从推进体制创新、推动新型城镇化构建、构建统一的要素市场、推动农业现代化等4方面提出了政策建议。
By applying the principal component analysis,this paper selects seven index systems to measure the urban-rural coordinated development from three aspects： economic development,people＇ s life and commodity price level and conducts a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the level of the urban-rural coordinated development in Henan Province in 2007,2010,2013 and 2015 respectively,and analyzes the main influential factors of different cities in four years and their changes with time,and then illustrates the continuous improvement of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Henan Province and the narrowing gap between urban and rural areas.The policy recommendation is put forward from four aspects： promoting system and mechanism innovation,continuously pushing forward the construction of new urbanization,building a unified factor market and promoting the agricultural modernization.
