摘要
AP1000核电项目作为国内引进的第三代技术路线,与前期批量化CPR1000等二代核电项目在稳压器等关键设备系统方面存在较大差异,其稳压器的重型支撑结构设计也截然不同,制造公差及装配精度要求更高,焊接变形控制难度更大。通过对AP1000项目稳压器重型支撑结构及制造工艺的介绍,对关键参数及控制要点的研究确定,为同类设备制造提供参考。
