摘要
膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）是中老年人的一种常见病、多发病,严重影响患者的生活质量。针灸是KOA的特色疗法之一,其疗效确切、操作方法简便易行,符合KOA个体化治疗原则。文章对目前针灸治疗KOA的方法进行概述,并对针灸改善KOA的作用机制进行探讨。基于中医辨证论治的针灸疗法值得在KOA临床推广以及进一步深入研究。
Knee osteoarthritis is a prevalent disease in the elderly,which affects the patient＇s quality of life seriously. Acupuncture is a characteristic therapy of KOA with simple operation and exact efficacy,and it follows the individualized treatment principle of KOA. Current methods of acupuncture treatment and their efficacy mechanism of KOA were summarized in this article. Acupuncture therapy based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is worthy of clinical promotion and further research in KOA.
