摘要
急性胰腺炎属中医脾心痛、胃心痛、结胸等范畴,基本病机为气机郁滞、毒瘀互结,通腑泄下法是中医治疗本病的常用方法之一。本病的发生发展与肺、肠关系密切,故可从肺、肠论治。“肺肠合治法”能加强一身气机调畅,增强各脏腑功能的协同性,与通腑泄下法相契合,以其治疗本病具有一定的理论基础。现代医学对胰腺、肺、肠中炎症因子、P物质、胆囊收缩素的研究则为探讨“肺肠合治法”治疗急性胰腺炎的物质基础提供了思路。
Acute pancreatitis is similar to spleen-heart disease,stomach-heart disease,chest obstruction in traditional Chinese medicine. The basic pathogenesis of the disease is qi stagnation and combination of toxin and blood stasis. Purging and draining method is the common traditional Chinese medicine method for treating the disease. The occurrence and development of the disease is closely related to the lung and the intestine,so it can be treated from ＂combined treatment of lung and intestine＂. The ＂combined treatment of lung and intestine＂ can enhance the qi movement and organ cooperation of the body,which is consistent with the purging and draining method. Therefore,using this method in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has certain theoretical basis. Modern researches on inflammatory factors,substance P and cholecystokinin in pancreas, lung and intestine provide a new thought for studying the material basis of using ＂combined treatment of lung and intestine＂ in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
