非饮食干预条件下耐力运动对单纯性肥胖儿童血压、血脂的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Endurance Exercise under Noninterference of Food and Drink on Blood Pressure and Blood-lipid in Simple Obesity Children

摘要 对 19名单纯性肥胖儿童及 2 0名正常健康少年儿童进行了血压、血脂 (TC :用酶反应试剂药盒测定 ,TG :乙酰丙酮微量测定法 )检测 ,并对 19名单纯性肥胖儿童进行了 8周的耐力训练 (训练中未对受试者提出低盐、低脂的饮食要求 )。结果表明 :单纯性肥胖儿童血压明显高于正常儿童 ,血脂代谢紊乱。非饮食干预条件下的耐力训练后 ,肥胖儿童血清中TG含量下降 ,HDL C显著上升 ,血脂代谢紊乱得到缓解 ,同时血压有明显下降。且从众多因素的分析中 ,我们发现 ,TG与SBP(r=0 .32 )、DBP(r=0 .2 2 )呈正相关 ,而ApoAI与SBP(r=- 0 .19)、DBP(r=- 0 .2 0 )呈负相关 ,提示单纯性肥胖儿童的高血压与其血脂代谢紊乱有关。非饮食干预条件下的耐力训练有助于降低肥胖儿童的血压。 The blood pressure and blood lipid were inspected in 19 children of simple obesity and 20 healthy children. The children of simple obesity had their endurance training for 8 weeks without low salt and low fat diet requirement. The results showed that the blood pressure of the simple obesity children was remarkably higher than that of the normal children. Their blood lipid metabolism was disorder. After endurance exercise under noninterference of food and drink the serum TG content of the obesity children decreased, the HDL C increased remarkably and the disorder of blood lipid metabolism relieved. And their blood pressure went down as well. Furthermore, through the analysis of a number of factors, it was found that TG is positively relevant to SBP (r=0.32) and DBP (r=0.22), while ApoAI was negatively relevant to SBP (r=-0.19) and DBP (r=-0.20), which suggest that the high blood pressure of the simple obesity children is related to the disorder of blood lipid metabolism. Endurance exercise helps to reduce the blood pressure and blood lipid of the obesity children under noninter ference of food and drink.
