摘要
公路工程施工过程中的安全管理是公路项目管理的重要内容,机械设备的应用增强了公路工程建设的机械化能力和自动化水平,缩短施工工期,提高工程建设效率,然而,随着机械保有量的迅速增加也对其安全管理提出了严格要求。论文以公路工程机械设备的安全管理为研究对象,首先概述了机械设备安全管理的特征与目的,进而从管理制度、人、机械设备3个层面出发,分析了现阶段我国公路工程机械设备安全管理的现状,并提出了解决对策,以促进机械设备的安全有效运转。
In the process of highway engineering construction safety management is an important content of highway project management, the application of mechanical equipment to enhance the ability of mechanization and automation level of the highway engineering construction, shorten the construction period, improve the efficiency of project construction, however, with the rapid increase of mechanical quantities of their safety management put forward strict requirements. Based on the safety management of road engineering machinery and equipment as the research object, first outlined the characteristics and the purpose of the mechanical equipment safety management, and then from the management system, people, machinery and equipment from three aspects analyzes the highway engineering in our country at present stage the present situat ion o f the mechanical equipment safety management, and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to promote safe and effective operation o fthe equipment.
