摘要
体育教育与健康教育的学科综合是现代学校体育的发展方向。从教育思想、课程构建及社会教育 3个层面探讨体育健康教育的基本含义 ,提出健康是体育内在本质和外在形式相互统一的尺度的观点 。
The interdisciplinary combination of P.E. and health education is the orientation for the development of contemporary P.E. in schools. The author studies the essence of health education in P.E. on the basis of educational ideas,curriculum construction and social education. He puts forth that health is the measurement of the unification of the essence and external form of P.E. He also analyzes the value of health education in P.E. from the angle of unification of science and humanity.
