亚洲一流体育中心城市应是至少具有亚洲范围内的体育竞赛表演、体育中介服务、体育人才和物流集散、体育投融资、体育休闲服务、体育传媒和体育文化交流功能的中心城市之一。上海建设亚洲一流体育中心城市能完善城市服务功能 ,同时也能极大地增强上海城市综合竞争力。这是上海建设国际大都市要求体育事业的发展与之相适应 ,也是上海体育事业的自身发展要求与上海国际大都市服务中心的地位相适应。
The services such as: sports competition, sports agent service, exchange of person and material associated with sports, sports financing, sports entertainment service, sports dissemination and cultural exchange, etc, should be available in the top sports center. When Shanghai is becoming the top sports center of Asia, the total competition ability will be promoted greatly. Shanghai is going to become the metropolis in the world, which needs the quick developing of sports, and vice versa. And that can also make for the good economic development of Shanghai.
