沥青混合料级配离析模拟及判定标准研究 被引量:6

摘要 沥青混合料离析会严重影响沥青路面质量均匀性,为了定量分析与评价沥青混合料离析情况,在室内设计了重度、中度、轻度、细集料和无离析5种离析程度不同的沥青混合料,分别测定其高温稳定性、水稳定性、表面特征系数和体积参数,根据发生级配离析的沥青混合料的路用性能变异情况,建立了基于体积指标的沥青路面离析判定标准.结果表明:离析对于混合料性能变异影响显著,与无离析混合料相比,当混合料发生细集料离析时,其动稳定度和空隙率显著下降,残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比和沥青饱和度分别提高;当混合料发生重度离析时,其动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂比和沥青饱和度分别下降,而空隙率有一定程度提高;基于体积参数指标的沥青混合料非均匀性标准可用于指导沥青混合料离析的定量分析和评价,进而判定沥青路面发生离析的可能性. In order to analyze the situation of asphalt mixture segregation quantitatively, firstly, the paper designed five kinds of segregation asphalt mixture, high, medium, low, fine and no. Secondly, high temperature stability, water stability, surface characteristics and volume parameters were tested respectively. Lastly, quantitative study was carried on pavement performance variation of graded segregation asphalt mixture, and the pavement segregation criteria based on the volume was established. The experimental results show that segregation impacts on performance variation of asphalt mixture significantly. Compared with non-segregation mixture, dynamic stability and porosity decrease significantly, residual stability, freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and asphalt saturation increase, when the mixture is under fine aggregate segregation; and dynamic stability, residual stability, freeze-thaw split ratio and asphalt saturation decrease, respectively, and to some extent the air voids increases. Asphalt nonuniformity standards based on the volume parameter index can be used to guide quantitative analysis and evaluation of quantitative analysis and evaluation.
