摘要
农业在我国国民经济中一直占据重要地位,但我国农业经济整体的水平及发展速度仍远远滞后于其他产业,造成这种结果的重要原因之一,就是我国农业资金的供给已经不能满足新形势下农业发展的需求。农业金融休制僵化、投资机制缺失、政府支持力度不够,直接造成了我国农业资金的不足,减缓了农业经济发展的步伐和农业产业结构的优化。
Agriculture always occupies the important position in our national economy. But the development level and speed of our agriculture economy, farly lags behind the other industries. The main reason is that the supplies of the agriculture finance could not meet enough the demands of the development of our agricultural industry. Rigid the agriculture monetary system, deficiency in the investment setup, shortage the government's supports cause that short of supplies, slowly down the agriculture e-conomic development speed and the agricultural industry structure optimization.
