摘要
目的探讨抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)水平在女性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中的变化及其对疾病活动程度的影响。方法随机选择21~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁三个年龄段女性SLE患者40例,详细了解患者病例与其自身免疫抗体谱并记录评价SLE活动程度的一系列指标。逐一对患者血清进行AMH测定,记录结果。结果 40例女性SLE患者中,21~30岁的血清中AMH平均水平为[(3.14±1.11)ng/m L],对应年龄段健康对照组为[(3.46±1.89)ng/m L],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而31~40岁、41~50岁SLE患者血清中AMH平均水平分别为[(1.65±0.77)ng/m L]、[(0.44±0.27)ng/m L],明显低于对应年龄段健康对照组[(2.81±1.59)ng/m L]、[(0.93±0.47)ng/m L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另一方面,除21~30岁活动期的SLE患者,其余年龄段的AMH平均水平均低于非活动期患者。结论 30~50岁女性SLE患者血清AMH水平低于同龄健康女性,而且AMH的平均水平与SLE疾病的活动程度具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the anti Mullerian hormone tube（AMH） level changes in female patients with SLE and their effect of diseases activity. Methods Randomly selecting 40 female patients with SLE,and they were divided into three groups,aged from21 - 30,31 - 40,41 - 50 years old. A detailed understanding of patients with their own immune antibody spectrum was done,and a series of indicators to assess the extent of SLE activity were recorded. The serum AMH determinations were done one by one,and the results were determined. Results 40 female SLE patients in 21 - 30 years old in average serum AMH level was [（3. 14 ＋ 1. 11） ng/m L]. The corresponding health age control group was [（3. 46 ＋ 1. 89） ng/m L]. There was no statistically significant difference（P 〉 0. 05）,and the average levels of AMH of 31 - 40 years,41 - 50 years were [（1. 65 ＋ 0. 77） ng/m L]and [（0. 44 ＋ 0. 27） ng/m L],which were significantly lower than [（2. 81 ＋ 1. 59） ng/m L]and [（0. 93 ＋ 0. 47） ng/m L]of corresponding ages levels in healthy control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. On the other hand,in addition to 21 - 30 years of age in patients with active SLE,the average AMH levels of the rest age were lower than those of patients in inactive phase. Conclusion The serum AMH level of 30 - 50 years old female SLE patients is lower than that of the same age healthy women,and the average level of AMH is correlated with the activity of SLE disease.
