关节假体周围感染诊断方法及影响因素的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 人工关节置换是重建关节功能的主要手段，假体周围感染（periprostheticjointinfection，PJI）是假体置换术后的严重并发症，会严重影响预后效果，给患者带来了巨大的经济、心理负担，更会提高患者术后死亡率。2011年美国肌肉骨骼感染协会（MSIS）提出的PJI诊断标准，得到了国际认可，但在临床实际工作中，某些PJI的患者并非完全符合MSIS标准，还需要临床工作者的综合评估。本文对PJI诊断及影响因素的研究进展进行综述。
