摘要
新生代农民工已成为农民工群体的主体。在产业结构调整升级背景下,新生代农民工就业现状与其职业期望不一致问题日益凸显。基于全国11个省(直辖市)4030个新生代农民工样本,采用多元Logit模型和有序Probit模型,对教育培训与新生代农民工就业质量之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,受教育程度和技能培训会对新生代农民工就业单位选择、工作满意度和就业稳定性产生不同程度的影响,特别是不同类型的技能培训对新生代农民工工作满意度和就业稳定性的影响存在较大差异。
The new generation of migrant workers has become the main force in the migrant workers group.Under the background of the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,the issue that the new generation of migrant workers current employment are inconsistent with their career expectations,is becoming increasingly prominent. Based on samples of the new generation of migrant workers from 11 provinces( municipalities),this research,using multivariate logit model and ordered probit model to test how education and training affect the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers. The results suggest that,the education level and skills training have different influences on the employment unit choices,job satisfaction and employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers,especially,there is a big difference between the impact of different types of skills training on the job satisfaction and employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers.
