石墨微观结构形态对蠕墨铸铁导热性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Graphite Microstructure on Thermal Conductivity of Vermicular Graphite Cast Iron

摘要 借助蠕墨铸铁金相照片构建了蠕墨铸铁二维有限元导热模型,采用有限元软件ANSYS和正交试验思想,讨论了石墨蠕化率、含量和数量等石墨形态因素对蠕墨铸铁导热性能的影响。结果表明,当蠕化率为70%,面积百分数为8.0%,石墨数量为50时,蠕墨铸铁的导热性能最优。并且石墨面积百分数对等效导热系数的影响最大,其次是石墨数量,而对蠕化率的影响较小。 Two-dimensional finite element model for thermal conductivity was built according to metallographic photo ofVGI. The effect of graphite form factors (vermicularity, the content and quantity of graphite) on the thermal conductivity ofVGI was discussed in detail by using ANSYS finite element software and orthogonal test design. The simulation resultsindicate that the thermal conductivity of VGI is the best when the vermicularity, area percentage and quantity of graphite are70%, 8.0% and 50, respectively. The area percentage of graphite has the biggest effect on the thermal conductivity, followedby the graphite quantity and the vermieularity is relatively small.
