摘要
第二相增强金属基复合材料兼具金属和增强相的优点,表现出高强度、成本低、高模量、易于制造和高耐磨性等性能,已成为国内外研究热点,具有广阔的应用前景。阐述了石墨烯金属基复合材料的制备方法,介绍了微米级强化相金属基复合材料的搅拌摩擦制备方法及纳米级强化相金属基复合材料的搅拌摩擦制备方法。对制备金属基复合材料中常见问题进行分析,同时展望了金属基复合材料的研究趋势。
Secondary phase-reinforced metal matrix composite has the advantages of both the metal and particle andexhibits high strength, low cost, high modulus, easily produced and high wear resistance, which becomes one of the mostimportant aspects in current research and has a good application prospect.The preparation methods of graphene metal matrixcomposite were expounded. The friction stir preparation methods for micron reinforced phase metal matrix composite andnano-scale reinforced phase phase metal matrix composite were introduced. The common problems in the preparation of metalmatrix composite were analyzed, and the research trends of metal matrix composite were prospected.
