摘要
目的:观察穿刺引流放血结合足浴疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者单纯使用弹力袜加压包扎治疗,治疗组给予穿刺引流放血结合艾叶足浴治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为76.67%,治疗组有效率为86.67%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穿刺引流放血结合足浴疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张操作简单,患者痛苦小,不易感染,且疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of puncture for drainage and blood-letting therapy in combination with foot bath therapy on varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods： Sixty patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with elastic stocking pressure dressing,and the ones in the treatment group were treated with puncture for drainage and blood-letting combined with wormwood foot bath. Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate in the control group was 76. 67%,while that of the treatment group was 86. 67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Puncture for drainage and blood-letting therapy in combination with foot bath therapy is simple in operation. The patient’ s pain is small,and it is not easy to infect,and the curative effect is remarkable.
