摘要
应用改性甲醇—水为流动相,在YwG—C_(18)H_(37)反相柱上,以普鲁卡因为内标,建立了适合临床血药浓度监测的高效液相色谱法。本法简便、快速,灵敏,重现性好。氯胺酮和普鲁卡因的平均回收率分别为97.97±3.7%和102.11±2.5%,不同浓度水平测定结果的日内和日间变异系数小于5%,其检定限度(信噪比>2)为0.3μg/ml。
Method have been developed for the determination of ketamine in haman plasmawith high-performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase was consisted ofmotified methanol-weter (65: 35).ODS colum was used. Procaine used as internalstandard. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The average recovery of ketaminewas 98.0%, the coefficient of variation of within day and between day assay was less than 5.0%, the lowest level at ketamine was 0.3μg/ml.
