摘要
高校新生的人际交往能力是影响其整体素质发展的重要因素之一,笔者在对凯里学院2017级新生人际交往适应现状调查的基础上分析其文化成因,提出相应的解决对策:建设学校多元文化课程、统筹学校场域内城乡文化的发展、重视学校文化护理的理念、加强有效的跨文化训练、鼓励新生主动参与交往等。
College students interpersonal skills is one of the important factors affecting the overall quality of the development, based on the investigation of Kaili University 2017 freshmen interpersonal adaptation on the status quo analysis of the cultural causes, puts forward corresponding countermeasures： Construction of multicultural curriculum, co-ordinate the development of urban and rural cultures in schools, the importance of school culture nursing the concept, strengthen the effective cross-cul- tural training, and encourage the students to actively oarticioate in communication.
