摘要
针对人工手动操作模式下,乘坐提升机罐笼的舒适度较低的问题,提出了一种理想S形给定速度曲线生成方法。研究了提升机3个运行变量:速度、加速度、变加速度的数学关系并推导出S形曲线数学方程,利用可编程控制器(PLC)进行编程建模和实验。
For the problem of being less of comforts by mine hoist in manual mode, one method of generating ideal S curve of given velocity is proposed. The formulas of S curve of given velocity are deduced by studying the mathematical relationship among the running variables of velocity, acceleration and jerk of mine hoist. The model is build and tested in PLC.
