摘要
用透射电镜 (TEM)及电子背散射衍射 (EBSD)技术对电铸铜药型罩经爆破变形 (相对形变达 90 0 % ,形变速度达 1 0 4-1 0 7s- 1)前后的微观组织及内部晶粒的晶体取向分布进行了分析比较。实验结果表明电铸铜药型罩的高速变形过程是一个动态回复和动态再结晶过程。
The analysis and comparison of the microstructures and the distributions of crystal orientation of internal grains of the electroformed shaped charge copper liner before and after explosive deformation (ralative deformation degree is 900%,deformation rate is 10 4~10 7s -1 )are carried out by means of TEM and EBSD.The results show that the high-rate deformation process of the electroformed shaped charge copper liner is a kind of dynamic recovery and recrystallization.
