高磷IF钢结晶器液面波动原因分析与控制 被引量:12

Analyzation and control of mold level fluctuation of IF steel with high P content in a slab continuous caster

摘要 结合邯钢高磷IF钢板坯生产实际,系统分析了影响高磷IF钢结晶器液面波动的因素,通过提高钢水质量、优化钢水过热度、合理调整吹氩量、改善二冷水、加强设备管理等措施,结晶器液面波动大于±5 mm的比例由原来的12.3%降低到5.8%,板坯夹杂缺陷率由原来的1.56%降低到0.38%,为连铸稳态浇注高磷IF钢提供保证。 Based on production of high P IF steel with high P content in a slab caster production practice of Handan iron and Steel,the influence factors of the high P IF steel mold level fluctuation were systematically analyzed. By improving the quality of molten steel,optimizing the superheat,reasonable adjustment of argon blowing,improving second cooling and strengthening equipment management. The the mold level fluctuation of more than ± 5 mm rate reduced from 12.3% down to 5.8%,and the slab inclusions defect rate reduced from 1.26% down to 0.21%,Which provides a guarantee for continuous casting of High P IF steel.
