热电厂锅炉水冷壁管爆管原因分析

摘要 通过材质成分分析、爆管宏观检验、显微组织分析和显微硬度测试,对开裂炉管开展爆裂原因分析。结果表明:管道材质符合GB5310标准要求,爆管处附近存在碳化物在晶界聚集现象,珠光体中碳化物已经分散,并逐渐向晶界扩散,珠光体出现中度球化现象。水冷壁管爆裂是因炉管存在短期过热损坏,在内应力作用下产生裂纹,裂纹扩展至不能承受内压时产生瞬间爆裂。 The reasons of pipe explosion of boiler water cooled wall pipe at thermal power plant were discussed byNchemical composition analyzing, macro test, microstructure observation and micro-hardness test. The results show that pipe material is accord with the standard of GB 5310, carbides gather at the grain boundary in vicinity of the explosion, carbides situated in pearlite already start to disappear and gradually spread to the grain boundary,pearlite appears moderate nodularizing. Boiler water cooled wall pipe cracks because of overheating in short time,crack forms under the influence of internal stress, the pipe fast cracks when crack expands and pipe can not bear internal pressure.
