摘要
目的观察腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者围术期机体代谢及胃肠功能的变化情况。方法将2015年5月至2016年7月期间于本院进行根治术治疗的56例结直肠癌患者选为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规开腹手术组)28例和观察组(腹腔镜手术组)28例。检测与比较两组手术患者围术期的蛋白代谢指标、脂代谢指标及胃肠功能指标。结果术前两组患者的蛋白代谢指标[前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TRF)及铜蓝蛋白(CER)]、脂代谢指标(TG、TC及LDL-C)及胃肠功能指标[胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胃泌素(GAS)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)]差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术后观察组的蛋白代谢指标、脂代谢指标及胃肠功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者围术期机体代谢及胃肠功能指标波动小于开腹手术,因此认为腹腔镜根治术更为适用于结直肠癌患者。
Objective To observe the change situation of body metabolism and gastrointestinal function of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer during the perioperative period. Methods 56 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated with radical resection in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research subjects. 56 surgical patients were divided into control group （ conventional open surgery group, 28 cases） and observation group （ laparoseopic surgery group, 28 cases） by the random number table. The indexes of protein metabolism,lipid metabolism indexes and gastrointestinal function of surgical patients in two groups during the perioperative period were detected and compared. Results The protein metabolism indexes, lipid metabolism indexes and gastrointestinal function indexes of surgical patients in two groups before the surgery had no statistical significance （ all P 〉 0.05 ）, while the protein metabolism indexes, lipid metabolism indexes and gastrointestinal function indexes of surgical patients in two groups after the surgery all had significant differences, and they were all better than those of control group （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The body metabolism and gastrointestinal function indexes fluctuations of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer during the perioperative period are smaller than those of open surgery,so the laparoscopic radical resection is more suitable to the patients with colorectal cancer.
