摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜脐疝修补术治疗成人脐疝的临床效果。方法选取2005年5月—2015年6月收治的成人脐疝患者84例,随机分成两组,对照组患者应用传统脐疝修补术治疗,研究组患者给予腹腔镜脐疝修补术治疗,治疗后进行12个月的随访,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组术中出血量明显减少(P<0.05),手术时间、住院时间及术后疼痛时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜脐疝修补术能有效改善成人脐疝患者的临床症状,减少手术时间,不良反应少,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair for adult umbilical hernia. Methods 84 patients with adult umbilical hernia admitted to our hospital from May 2005 to June 2015 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group of patients with traditional umbilical hernia repair treatment,the study group of patients with laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair treatment. After the treatment completed,the two groups of patients followed for 12 months,and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding of the study group decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,and the time of operation,and hospitalization and the postoperative pain were significantly shortened in the study group（ P〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair surgery could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of adult umbilical hernia patients,reduce the operation time,less adverse reaction,with a high clinical value,and is worthy of further promotion.
