摘要
本文分析了新时期图书馆的网络信息环境 ,对图书馆读者服务应该侧重于发展网络导引、网络参考咨询、信息开发、读者或用户教育以及如何开展这些工作做了初步探讨。
This Paper analyses the impact of metworked information environment library services.It argues that in the 21st century, libraries should pay particular attention to developing network guidance,network reference work,and user education.
