摘要
结合马来西亚某机电项目经营管理实际,分析海外机电项目经营管理存在的难点,并结合难点分别从海外机电项目前期调研、项目投标、经营策划与成本控制、过程经营等角度阐述海外建筑机电项目经营管理对策,以期为机电经营项目提供参考。
Combined with the management practice of a mechanical and electrical project in Malaysia,this paper analyzes the management difficulties of overseas mechanical and electrical projects. Then,expounds the management countermeasures of the mechanical and electrical projects for overseas buildings respectively from project pre-research,project bidding,business planning,cost control,process management,etc,in order to provide references for mechanical and electrical projects.
