摘要
针对极限学徒制的产生、发展、理论内涵和具体的教学方法的研究,探讨了国内高职教学改革教学过程中对"教"的研究的重视和对"学"的研究的忽略问题,强调了学习过程中练习的数量与练习的时间对学习效果的影响,提出了敏捷化的自底向上的"微"教学改革模式对教师参与教学改革的积极意义。
For the study of the emergence, development, theoretical connotation and specific teaching methods of the ultimate apprentice system, this paper discusses the importance of "teaching" research and neglect of the study of "learning" in the teaching reform of higher vocational education in China, emphasizing the number of exercises in the learning process and the impact of practice time on learning outcomes, put forward the positive meaning of agile bottom-up "micro" teaching reform model for teachers to participate in teaching reform.
