摘要
科技期刊是国家科技体系的重要组成部分,而编辑是科技期刊出版工作的参与者和组织者,在一定程度上决定着科技期刊的质量和水平。通过分析我国科技期刊存在的问题,提出创新性、传播的及时与互动性以及国际影响力的提高是促进科技期刊发展的途径。认为以人为本、培养编辑的职业新素养是新时期提升期刊质量的关键。
Sci-tech journals are an important part of the national science and technology system. And editors are participants and organizers of the publication of sci-tech periodicals,determining the quality and level of scientific journals. Through the analysis of the problems existing in China＇s sci-tech periodicals,it is pointed out that the innovation,the timely and interactive dissemination and the enhancement of international influence can promote the development of sci-tech periodicals. It is believed that training editors＇ jobs and professional accomplishments is the key to improve the quality of periodicals.
