干旱胁迫对木薯SC124体内激素水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为阐述干旱胁迫下内源激素水平与木薯抗旱性的关系,采用酶联免疫方法测定木薯干旱胁迫不同时间点的内源激素含量,包括GA、IAA、ABA和JA的变化。结果表明,随着干旱程度的加重,内源ABA含量逐渐增加;根系中GA和IAA含量有增加趋势,叶片中GA含量明显降低。这表明,木薯通过内源激素水平调控下游基因表达来度过干旱期,为木薯抗旱机理研究提供依据。 In order to elaborate the relationship between the endogenous hormone levels and drought re- sistance in cassava. Using enzyme-linked method, the change of the endogenous hormones were tested, which contains GA, IAA, ABA and JA. The results showed that the content of ABA was raised with re- ducing of water content. And the content of endogenous GA was dropped in leaves, and the GA and IAA content were raised in roots. The results indicated that the cassava was able to protect itself from the dam- age of drought stress by adjust the content of the endogenous hormone.
